What You’ll Do:
- Lead the tint installation team to ensure we keep our one-hour tint promise and maintain high-quality standards
- Choose the right tools, equipment, and parts necessary to complete a job
- Use center software system to enter, update, and verify job information before, during, and after each individual tint job
- Utilize a plotter to create a computer cutout of tint film and cut tint film by hand when necessary
- Responsible for bay production and ensure production is flowing
- Responsible for any and all services/installations and the quality of all services/installations performed
- Supervise Junior installer and shop assistant
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Maintain working levels of all center supplies and installation tools
- Coordinate customer appointments with Center Manager
- 3+ years of experience installing paint protection film and automotive window tint
- Experience managing a team
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Skilled in all facets of installing the products we offer
- Satisfactory driving record and background check
