Subcontracts Administrator II

Seeking a Subcontracts Administrator II with Aerospace or Aviation experience, the full-time remote position will manage all phases of subcontract administration, including acquisition planning, cost/price analysis, negotiation, and compliance with government policies. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and develop subcontract and procurement documentation, including agreements, proposals, and cost analyses Evaluate proposals and quotations, ensuring compliance and providing support for negotiations Maintain subcontract files, monitor deliverables, and ensure compliance with governmental laws and policies Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree Experience in the Aerospace or Aviation industry is required Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Ability to organize and prioritize multiple assignments under pressure Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
