Gail's Homecare is a non-medical, in-home care provider that maintains the highest quality standards in the industry. Our goal is to add value to the lives of our clients and to those who love them and to provide personal care to the patient in their residence. We are based in Lithonia, Georgia and our services are available in the areas of Clayton, Cobb, Dekalb, Douglas, Fayette, Fulton, Gwinnett, Henry, Jackson, and Rockdale County. We are currently seeking a compassionate and highly-skilled LPN we can trust with our own families. Our LPN's deliver various personal care and services in accordance with an established plan of care and provide the personal needs and comfort of patients in their homes.
In this role, you will work with our clients in their homes, helping them with basic personal hygiene and domestic tasks as needed, according to their requirements and limitations. You will provide compassionate care and assistance and document clients' progress to help ensure their overall wellbeing. Join our team as Registered Nurse.

Pay Rate: $35 per hour
Schedule: Saturday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM (Start ASAP)
Requirements:
- Active LPN License
- At least 1 year of nursing experience in a healthcare setting (35 years preferred)
- Valid Driver's License or State-Issued ID
- Current CPR/BLS Certification
- TB Test Results
- Social Security Card
- Vaccination Card
- Fingerprinting / Background Check Clearance
The client will require assistance with the following:
- Breathing treatments and ongoing respiratory assessments/monitoring
- Preventative skin care assistance to help maintain skin
- Assistance with transfers and mobility as needed
- Incontinence care and personal hygiene support
- Administration of bolus tube feedings through the PEG tube
- Routine PEG tube changes every three months
- Accompaniment and assistance during outings and appointments
