Driver Recruiting Relationship Specialist – CDL Candidate Engagement & Re-Engagement Truck Driver Nation is seeking a strong communicator to build ongoing relationships with CDL driver candidates throughout the recruiting process. The Driver Recruiting Relationship Specialist focuses on keeping communication open with drivers who may not be ready to make an immediate move but remain potential candidates for current or future transportation opportunities. WHAT THIS ROLE DOES Build professional relationships with CDL driver candidates Maintain contact with applicants who are evaluating opportunities Re-engage qualified candidates who previously paused the recruiting process Learn driver preferences including equipment, operating area, home time, and position type Update candidate availability and employment status Identify when a driver may be ready for a new opportunity Route interested candidates back into the appropriate recruiting process Maintain detailed communication and follow-up records QUALIFICATIONS Strong relationship-building ability Excellent phone and written communication Comfortable having ongoing conversations with professional drivers Organized and able to maintain long-term candidate follow-up Comfortable using ATS, CRM, email, and recruiting platforms Trucking, recruiting, customer service, or sales experience is useful Understanding of professional driver concerns and career priorities is valuable POSITION DETAILS Specific compensation, schedule, classification, and performance expectations will be disclosed for the applicable opening before acceptance.
