Customer Service / Operations Assistant
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service / Operations Assistant to support daily customer service and administrative operations for a growing company in Napa.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries
- Track orders, shipments, and delivery status
- Coordinate shipment updates and delivery changes
- Communicate with carriers and customers to resolve issues
- Monitor shipment exceptions and customer requests
- Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and general administrative tasks
- Support the operations team with day-to-day activities
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or administrative experience
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office
- Logistics, shipping, warehouse support, or wine industry experience is a plus
Schedule: Monday-Friday
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Compensation: $21.00 per hour
