** Call Center Representative serves as the primary voice of our organization. The ideal candidate multi-tasks efficiently, stays calm under pressure, and delivers exceptional customer service to a diverse community.**

Key Responsibilities

• Answer multi-line incoming calls promptly, identify caller needs, and route messages accurately.
• Verify patient enrollment status and schedule appointments for multiple medical and behavioral health providers.
• Follow strict safety protocols to immediately route medical emergencies to 9-1-1 and behavioral health crises to appropriate departments.
• Adhere to call center scripts and communication procedures.

** Qualifications: **

• Proficiency with computer skills, basic office applications, email systems, and navigate database.
• Ability and willingness to learn.
• Two (2) years of office, clerical, or administrative experience.
• Multi-task and follow organizational desk scripts and guidelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to deliver responsive, clear, and empathetic customer service.
