We are open 7 days a week and our typical opening Team Members start as early as 9:30am and closing Team Members stay as late as 5:00am. Toppers has hours available that will work for you! Responsibilities Assign and direct daily duties for Team Members based on role, skills and shift needs Maintain high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction Uphold Toppers policies and procedures; provide feedback/coaching to Team Members as needed Be knowledgeable of delivery area map/traffic patterns to assist delivery drivers organize their routes Solve customer complaints quickly and with a smile Provide feedback to Team Members in a positive manner Train new Team Members on daily tasks Balance cash draw and prepare deposit Minimum Qualifications Must be legally eligible to work in the United States Must be 18 years of age Physically able to perform all essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation Reliable transportation Previous quick service restaurant retail or supervisory experience Preferred Experience Food Manager Certification Benefits Competitive pay package - Up to $17/hr Referral bonuses for stacking up your dough and bringing more friends to the "pizza" pie Flexible Scheduling Up to 90% Company Paid Medical Insurance* 401(k) Plan with up to a 4% Company Match Payroll Advance on earned income up to $500 per pay period Holiday Pay on certain holidays that we are open Meal Discounts (70% While Working!)
