Warehouse SupervisorWinland Foods is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor. The Warehouse Supervisor provides inventory support, personnel support, equipment support (i.e. forklifts, wrap machines and more) shipping and receiving duties, administrative, functional and technical support to the operation of the warehouses.Schedule: Primarily Monday through Friday working 3rd shift, with flexibility to support all hours of operationWork Location: 11160 Parkway Dr, North East, PA 16428Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with match, STD/LTD/AD&D/Life, HSA, FSA, EAP, Hospital indemnity, Accident Insurance, Identity and Fraud Protection Plan, Legal, and Critical Illness.Salary, based on experience and other qualifications: $93k -$138k annually with additional bonus potentialResponsibilities include:Training and process of current and new employeesEnsuring reporting is complete and submittedEnsuring all shipping and receiving paperwork is completed based on written Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and audit requirementsWorking with Department Managers to ensure the needs of customer departments are successfully metProviding solid analytical data and presenting at different levelsManeuver, train others through the SAP shipping and receiving process in SAP, and train others if needed on the floor operationInterviewing and hiringUpdating and keeping current all job descriptions and SOPsWorking with the business in identifying best practiceDeveloping and helping implement sustainable processes for production and warehouse executionCreating and maintaining business requirement documentation and reportingDeveloping and creating process workflows, additional training documentations, One Point Lessons (OPLS), skill matrixDaily, weekly, and monthly audits and reconciliation requirements (QA, Safety, Paperwork, external audits)Providing technical leadership, coaching, training and mentoringCoordinating Alchemy and forklift training to ensure each employee is in complianceSupporting food safety, quality, and legalitySupporting and complying with all continuous improvement programs, food safety, quality management systems, employee safety, and preventative maintenance programsManaging and maintaining the upkeep of all the warehouse equipment (i.e. forklifts, floor scrubbers, pallet wrappers)Shipping, Receiving and Inventory responsibilities include:Understanding the picking process and storage process operationally and via SAP and train toward itCoordinating and managing daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts and adheres to all corporate regulations, and department goalsExecuting all job responsibilities in the departmentIdentifying process and operational gaps and executing plans to close the gapsManaging label process, inventory, and daily counts processReconciliation (Open POs, PSA Inventory, Inventory Accuracy, Error Analysis, Ghost Inventory, Consumption Accuracy)Ensuring timely and effective communication with team and process ownersResponsible for all training and development of direct and indirect laborProviding and maintaining SAP End-User access requests and approvalsSupporting and complying with all continuous improvement programs, food safety, quality management systems, employee safety, and preventative maintenance programs.Following all company policies and proceduresExecuting all other duties as assignedQualifications & Experience include:Self-motivated and disciplined individual to perform a wide variety of duties related to material dataTeam leadership skills and project management proficiency.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to work under stress and intense deadlinesStrong Office skillsProficient in the use of: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPointExcellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple demands and execute to deadlineDemonstrated ability to prioritize, organize, and coordinate simultaneous tasks/projectsDemonstrated ability to apply innovative thinking, exercise independent judgement, explore alternatives, recommend outcomes and establish a course of action to accomplish specific goals.Be able to provide clear and concise direction, set expectation and hold team accountableMust be able to work and support nights and weekends as required.Must be able to operate in an environment with daily changing plansMust be or be able to be Forklift certified within a reasonable amount of timeEEO Statement:Winland Foods seeks to recruit, develop, and retain the most talented people from a diverse candidate pool, and as a global company we believe our success is enhanced by fostering equity and inclusion in the workplace.
