GREAT OPPORTUNITY for Experienced SEAM ROOM OPERATOR.

• Full-time- 2nd shift shift position
• Salary commensurate with experience
• Overtime as needed based on production
• Must be at work on time on a daily basis
• Set up, operate, and monitor Karlville & DCM Seam Units, Inspection Units, Sheeter Units, and related finishing equipment.
• Review job orders, specifications, and production requirements to ensure accurate setup and production.
• Produce quality products that meet customer specifications, company standards, and production schedules.
• Perform in-process inspections and complete required quality and production documentation.
• Follow all QA procedures pertaining to the sheeter
• May be required to perform several set-ups per shift
• Keep the work area neat and clean
• Able to read and write at high school equivalency
• Have general working knowledge of mathematics (particularly fractions and decimals)
• Must be able to use various measuring devices
• Able to read and comprehend job orders
• Must be able to lift 50 to 75 pounds on a regular basis
• Requires continuous standing, bending, lifting and moving moderate loads
• Must be able to readily communicate with supervisor
• Perform other duties assigned or required

Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, and criminal background check.

Position located at JRCI- Label Division, 10708 Granite St., Charlotte, NC 28273 (off of Westinghouse Blvd.)
