Fitness Attendant

Colleton River Club is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Weekend Fitness Administrative Assistant to support our Fitness & Wellness team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and providing excellent service — without giving up their weekdays. Schedule: Saturday & Sunday, 8:30 AM–2:30 PM Hours: Approximately 12 hours per week What You’ll Do As the weekend administrative presence in our Fitness & Wellness facility, you’ll help keep things running smoothly while providing a warm and professional experience for our members. Your responsibilities will include: Greeting members and guests and providing friendly front desk service Answering phones and assisting with general questions Helping members with reservations, registrations, cancellations, and scheduling Maintaining attendance, scheduling, and program records Using Microsoft Office and Club systems for routine administrative tasks Communicating facility schedules, programs, and general information Keeping the front desk organized and supplies stocked Completing weekend opening, closing, and administrative checklists Keeping an eye on the general condition of the facility and reporting maintenance or safety concerns Providing administrative support for fitness, wellness, recreation, and special programs This is an administrative position. You will not be expected to provide personal training, teach fitness classes, or coach members. We’d Love to Meet You If You Are... Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with members Organized and dependable with strong attention to detail Comfortable working independently on weekends Able to juggle multiple requests while maintaining excellent customer service Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Comfortable learning scheduling and point-of-sale software Able to handle confidential information professionally CPR/AED and First Aid certified, or willing to obtain certification after hire A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience in administrative support, reception, hospitality, fitness, recreation, customer service, or private clubs is a plus. Why Colleton River?
