Cabinetmaker/Cabinet Assembler

Job Description

The Cabinetmaker/Cabinet Assembler will focus on building and assembling residential cabinets and custom furniture as part of a small team under the supervision of a project manager. This role requires expertise in woodworking and the ability to interpret blueprints accurately, working with a variety of hand and power tools. Occasional local travel to job sites may be required to assist with delivery and installation.

Responsibilities

Assemble cabinets and custom furniture according to specifications
Handle and prepare materials for production
Inspect work for quality and adherence to design plans
Operate standard hand tools and advanced power tools safely and efficiently
Read and interpret blueprints and woodworking plans
Collaborate closely with team members and project managers
Occasional travel to local job sites to assist with delivery and installation

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in cabinetmaking
High school diploma or equivalent

Boyd's Custom Cabinets has a great team. We have a well established group of people, some have been here over 30 years and some are in there first couple years. Our shop is well kept, up to date, and air conditioned.
