In this role, you will learn the craft of being a residential remodeling carpenter. Must be a positive minded self-motivated person that wants to have a great paying and rewarding career. The ideal candidate is a hard worker with the ability to meet the physical demands of the job. Responsibilities Maintain a clean work environment by picking up debris, excess building materials, or other potentially hazardous products when necessary Provide assistance to fellow onsite employees such as tile setters, painters, and carpenters. Operate power tools and work safely. Construct, transfer, and tear down temporary structures such as scaffolding, ladders, ect. Other manual labor tasks as required by the foreman or supervisor Report any unsafe conditions or equipment in need of repair Qualifications Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, digging, and standing for long periods Strong attention to detail Excellent hand-eye coordination Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations Knowledge of power tools and industrial machinery is preferred Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills Must be on time and ready to work at the start of your day.
