Hey there, Rock Star!
We are looking to hire a Rockstar Office Assistant to join Pullman's premier dental team.

Responsibilities Overview:
- Oversee patient balances and send statements for collection.
- Maintain and manage accounts receivables.
- Support front desk staff by answering phones, scheduling appointments, and calling insurance.
- Post payments and call insurance companies.
- Completion of KPI reports weekly.
- Send pre-authorization and provide patients with estimates.
- Scanning documents, data entry, and other clerical work.
- Make each visit, the BEST dental experience our patients have ever had.
- Having 2+ years of experience working in a dental office would a great asset.

- Dental knowledge is also preferred, but not required.
