Hey there, Rock Star!

We are looking to hire a Rockstar Office Assistant to join Pullman's premier dental team.

Responsibilities Overview:

• Oversee patient balances and send statements for collection.
• Maintain and manage accounts receivables. 
• Support front desk staff by answering phones, scheduling appointments, and calling insurance.
• Post payments and call insurance companies.
• Completion of KPI reports weekly.
• Send pre-authorization and provide patients with estimates. 
• Scanning documents, data entry, and other clerical work.
• Make each visit, the BEST dental experience our patients have ever had.
• Having 2+ years of experience working in a dental office would a great asset.

• Dental knowledge is also preferred, but not required.
