Quick Facts

$16–18/hour (based on experience)

Flexible PRN schedule

Hours may include daytime and evening coverage

Monday-Friday

What You'll Do

As a Patient Service Representative, you'll help create an exceptional patient experience by:

Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism

Answering incoming phone calls

Scheduling appointments efficiently

Managing patient registrations and intake paperwork

Verifying insurance benefits and obtaining authorizations

Collecting copays and patient balances

Communicating with therapists regarding scheduling needs

Maintaining accurate patient information in our electronic medical record

Helping keep the clinic organized and running efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in healthcare, medical reception, customer service, or administrative support is preferred—but not required.

Experience with:

Medical scheduling

Insurance verification

Electronic medical records (EMR)

Customer service

is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person.
