Position Overview King & Spalding seeks a mid-level associate to join its Global Human Capital and Compliance practice to help some of the worlds best-known brands handle employment and HR compliance matters. Location San Francisco or Los Angeles office (resident). Key Responsibilities Handle California employment litigation, including single plaintiff and collective/class action cases involving discrimination, wage and hour compliance, harassment, and other disputes in federal and state courts. Counsel clients on compliance with federal and California state employment laws. Assist in drafting employment-related policies and procedures. Required Qualifications Strong academic credentials.
