What You'll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care in a Level III NICU with 10 beds focusing on high-acuity newborns
• Support and manage care for infants requiring intensive monitoring and treatment
• Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans
• Deliver comprehensive neonatal assessments, diagnoses, and treatment initiatives
• Support routine care and stabilization processes in the new state-of-the-art hospital environment
• Participate in scheduled shifts, ensuring continuous, quality newborn care
• Contribute to a patient-centered, community-focused health system that values high-quality neonatal outcomes

What You Need

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia
• Neonatal or NICU experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Residency within the local area preferred; relocation may be required
