• Guaranteed daily rate during the orientation period
• 35-40% of production based on skills and experience
• No cap on your earning potential

• Schedule: Full Time
• Office Setting: Multi-Provider with Specialty (General, Pediatric and Ortho)
• Payer data: Balanced mix including Medicaid
• iTero and Videa AI in office

What you'll bring to the team

Clinical Excellence Diagnose and treat a wide range of oral health conditions while delivering high-quality restorative, preventive, and comprehensive dental care.

Treatment Planning Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on their oral health, helping them make informed decisions about their care.

Patient-Centered Care Build lasting relationships by creating a welcoming environment and delivering compassionate, personalized care that puts patients first.

Collaboration Work alongside experienced hygienists, dental assistants, specialists, and administrative professionals to provide an exceptional patient experience.

Commitment to Quality Maintain the highest standards of clinical excellence while following established protocols for patient safety, infection control, and specialty referrals.

What we require you have

• Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school
• Active and unrestricted Florida dental license (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Experience with treatment planning, patient education, and comprehensive dental care
• Passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences
