Role Description: The Sales and Marketing Representative is a full-time hybrid role based in Nebraska, Missouri, or Kansas, with some work-from-home flexibility. The individual in these roles will prospect and engage local businesses, present Best Version Media’s print and digital marketing solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing and renewal. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings, preparing tailored proposals, coordinating ad placements, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time. The role also involves maintaining strong customer relationships, providing ongoing support and training on marketing tools, and tracking performance to identify opportunities for growth and upselling. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear presentation abilities and professional writing and speaking. Candidates should possess Sales and Sales & Marketing skills, with experience promoting advertising or marketing solutions and managing a sales pipeline. Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships and providing responsive support. Candidates should possess Training skills to guide clients on using marketing tools and understanding campaign performance. Relevant experience in advertising, digital marketing, or local business development is beneficial. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage time independently, and meet sales targets. Comfort with CRM systems and basic digital tools; familiarity with social media and online advertising is a plus.
