About the Opportunity

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, or contact center experience who enjoy solving problems, learning new systems, and providing excellent support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls and provide exceptional service

Assist customers with account-related questions and service inquiries

Research and resolve customer concerns accurately and efficiently

Navigate multiple computer systems while assisting customers

Deliver empathetic, professional, and solution-focused support

Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction goals

Green Bay, WI (preferred), Stevens Point, WI, or Hales Corners, WI

???? Pay Range: $19/$20 per hour

???? Contract Opportunity with potential for permanent employment

Qualifications:

? Customer service experience preferred (retail, restaurant, hospitality, healthcare, call center, or similar backgrounds welcome)

? High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree is a plus

? Strong communication and problem-solving skills

? Ability to multitask while handling a high volume of customer interactions

? Comfortable learning and using multiple computer systems

? Positive, reliable, and customer-focused mindset

? Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced corporate environment
