• Lead all general accounting activities, including month-end close, financial reporting, inventory accounting, and capital asset processes, in accordance with US GAAP
• Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with corporate, regulatory, and external reporting requirements
• Own financial planning and analysis, including short- and long-term forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Partner closely with the site and division leadership to develop business strategy and support execution of key initiatives
• Analyze new business opportunities, contracts, and investments to drive growth and profitability
• Identify and champion continuous improvement initiatives across operations, asset management, and productivity programs
• Strengthen financial acumen across the organization to support data-driven decision-making
• Collaborate with corporate and segment finance teams to ensure consistency with policies, documentation, and processes
• Lead, develop, and mentor a team of finance and accounting professionals, fostering accountability, engagement, and high performanceQualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• CPA, MBA, or advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment
• Broad finance background covering accounting, compliance, and financial analysis/reporting
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls
• Experience in a publicly traded company environment strongly preferred
• Big 4 public accounting experience a plus
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and financial discipline
• Data-driven, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• High integrity, strong emotional intelligence, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
