Schedule: This position requires open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. Successful candidates will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak sales periods and key opportunities for maximizing earnings.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers, answer service calls, and provide a professional, welcoming experience.
• Assess vehicle concerns through customer conversations and vehicle walk-arounds.
• Prepare accurate repair orders, service recommendations, and estimates in ADP.
• Clearly explain recommended services, pricing, timelines, and multi-point inspection findings.
• Obtain customer authorization for repairs and additional service needs.
• Partner with technicians to coordinate repairs, clarify findings, and keep work moving efficiently.
• Provide proactive updates throughout the repair process and ensure a smooth vehicle delivery.
• Process payments and support a seamless Sales-to-Service customer experience.

What You'll Bring

• Strong attention to detail Sense of urgency Excellent communication Typing – ability to type efficiently in order to enter repair orders. Mathematics – calculating service costs and counting change. Basic computer skills Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
