Salon Manager

We are seeking an energetic and highly organized and EXPERIENCED Salon Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our salon. In this vital role, you will manage daily front desk operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients and staff alike. Responsibilities Greet clients warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures. Answer multi-line phone systems promptly using proper phone etiquette. Schedule appointments accurately using salon management software or Microsoft Office tools. Manage client communications, including confirming appointments and responding to inquiries. Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, proofing documents, and maintaining client records. Support office management by organizing supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the front desk area is welcoming. Assist with clerical duties including typing, proofreading, and managing correspondence. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs efficiently and professionally. Coordinate with stylists and staff to ensure smooth daily operations and timely service delivery. Experience Previous office or front desk experience in a salon is preferred. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic office management and salon software. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting. Demonstrated experience in phone answering, multi-line phone systems, and phone reception best practices. Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse clientele better. Clerical experience including typing, proofreading, and handling administrative support tasks. Proven ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members while maintaining professionalism at all times. Strong time management skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks efficiently.
