We are seeking a Vice President of Marketing to join our team. This position will lead the organization's overall marketing strategy, with primary ownership of social media, websites, and brand identity. This fully remote role is responsible for building brand awareness, driving patient engagement, and supporting practice growth across all digital and traditional channels. The VP, Marketing partners closely with clinical, and executive leadership to ensure messaging is consistent, compliant, and resonates with patients navigating their fertility journey. Prior marketing experience in fertility, women's health, or healthcare is preferred but not required.

1. Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) to build brand awareness, grow engaged patient communities, and support practice growth.

2. Branding: Maintain and evolve brand identity, voice, and visual guidelines across all channels and locations, ensuring consistency system-wide as the organization grows.

3. Content Strategy & Creation: Direct the creation of marketing content (blogs, videos, graphics, patient stories) that resonates with target audiences while adhering to healthcare marketing and privacy standards.

4. Campaign Management & Analytics: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, track key performance indicators, and report on results and ROI to executive leadership.

5. Vendor Leadership: Oversee relationships with external agencies and vendors, including designers, ad agencies, and PR partners.

• Own and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation across digital, content, and paid channels.

• Oversee online reputation management, including patient reviews and ratings across platforms.

• Partner with clinical and patient experience teams to ensure marketing messaging reflects the patient journey accurately and empathetically.

• Support patient acquisition and referral marketing initiatives in collaboration with clinic leadership.

• Stay current on digital marketing trends, healthcare marketing regulations, and competitor activity.

• Ensure all marketing materials and patient-facing content comply with HIPAA, FTC advertising guidelines, and applicable healthcare marketing regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.

• Experience in fertility, women's health, or the broader healthcare industry strongly preferred.

• Demonstrated success building and executing social media, website, and brand strategies.

• Deep knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and paid/organic strategy.

• Experience with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and SEO best practices.

• Strong brand strategy and visual/verbal identity management skills.

• Proficiency with marketing analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Business Suite).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with sound judgment on sensitive, patient-facing topics.

• Proven ability to lead teams and manage external agency relationships remotely.

• Working knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare advertising compliance requirements.
