SBM Management’s Manager-in-Training (MIT) program develops emerging leaders through on-the-job training and structured professional development, with a 9-week rigorous program and direct mentorship with site leadership. The Assistant Operations Manager supports coordinating and directing operations across SBM sites, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, vendor and client relations, and safety compliance.
