Responsibilities include: Managing cases from inception through resolution Drafting complaints, motions, and other litigation documents Conducting legal research and writing Communicating directly with clients Attending court conferences and litigation proceedings Assisting with case strategy and progression Participating in client intake and new matter evaluation Working collaboratively with attorneys and support staff to move cases efficiently toward resolution Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Admitted and in good standing in New York Approximately 2-5+ years of litigation experience Employment law experience preferred, but not required Strong legal writing, communication, and organizational skills Self‑starter mentality with the ability to take ownership of cases Desire to build a long‑term career in employment litigation We’re particularly interested in attorneys who are entrepreneurial, proactive, and eager to take on meaningful responsibility early in their careers. #J-18808-Ljbffr
