Previous automotive sales experience is not required. If you have experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or another sales environment, your skills may transfer extremely well to automotive sales.

What You'll Do:

As an Automotive Sales Representative , you will:

• Assist customers in selecting the right new or pre-owned vehicle

• Build relationships with customers and provide an exceptional buying experience

• Guide customers through the vehicle sales process from start to finish

• Learn vehicle features, technology, and available options

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dealership inventory

• Follow up with customers and develop long-term relationships

• Work with management and other team members to achieve individual and dealership goals
