This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, coordinating service appointments, supporting the service team, and helping ensure a smooth, efficient service experience.

Hours:

Monday through Friday 9AM-6PM; with possible Saturdays

What Youll Do as Service BDC Support

As a Service BDC Support Specialist, you will:

• Handle inbound service calls, emails, and online appointment requests

• Make outbound follow-up calls for maintenance reminders, declined services, and upcoming appointments

• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with advisors

• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle information

• Deliver excellent communication to support customer satisfaction

• Assist the service department by driving consistent customer engagement and organization

Who Were Looking For

• Strong organizational and computer/navigation skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Valid drivers license preferred
