Enterprise Application Support Specialist

To ensure the proper functioning of live, operational, customer-facing environments, the full-time Enterprise Application Support Specialist III will manage day-to-day operational activities, mentor team members, and coordinate software updates in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Active monitoring and review of production applications for performance and accuracy Cooperative troubleshooting with technical teams and managing on-call support in a 24/7 production environment Preparation and coordination of ITMS environment plans for software releases and updates Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in enterprise application support or technical operations Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Server platforms and MS SQL Server 2008+ administration Experience with XML, MS .NET, and client-server architecture 3+ years of experience with Linux CLI and network/system administration Proven ability to document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
$23 - $28 per hour
