Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current and valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain in required state)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience delivering speech therapy services in a school setting is highly valued
• Confident using teletherapy platforms and digital tools to deliver high-quality virtual services
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language assessments and direct therapy to students virtually
• Develop individualized treatment plans and set measurable goals tailored to caseload needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to optimize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and timely documentation in accordance with school policies
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Select from multiple caseloads to best match your areas of expertise and preference
