Onsite HR Generalist — Temp-to-Hire & Full-Time
LHH
LHH is seeking an HR Generalist for a temp-to-hire position in Valley Center, California. In this role, you will support various HR functions including benefits management, leaves of absence, and recruitment, all while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of HR experience along with strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
