wProvide strategic and operational leadership for enterprise data protection, privacy, and risk governance programs. Responsible for developing and scaling frameworks that safeguard sensitive information, strengthen regulatory compliance, and improve organizational visibility into data-related risks. Lead cross-functional teams and drive adoption of governance practices across modern cloud and data platforms

.Core Responsibilitie

• sEstablish and execute enterprise-wide data privacy, protection, and governance strategies across structured and unstructured data environments
• .Design and implement capabilities for sensitive data identification, classification, monitoring, masking, tokenization, and remediation
• .Build and maintain data risk management frameworks, including risk assessment methodologies, reporting standards, control monitoring, and mitigation programs
• .Partner with business leaders, technology teams, security, legal, compliance, and risk functions to align governance initiatives with organizational objectives
• .Define policies, standards, and operating procedures that support effective data stewardship and regulatory compliance
• .Lead a team of governance professionals and engineers responsible for delivering scalable data protection and risk management solutions
• .Oversee implementation and adoption of data governance, metadata management, observability, and security technologies
• .Track risk indicators, control effectiveness, and remediation activities to ensure continuous improvement
• .Champion organizational awareness through stakeholder engagement, training programs, workshops, and user enablement initiatives
• .Act as Product Owner for governance and protection capabilities, managing priorities, Agile delivery, stakeholder feedback, and roadmap execution

.Qualification

• sExtensive experience leading data governance, data protection, privacy, or risk management programs within large-scale enterprise environments
• .Strong understanding of data classification, metadata management, privacy controls, data lifecycle management, and risk governance practices
• .Proven success implementing controls for sensitive data protection, including PII and PHI management
• .Experience developing enterprise reporting, monitoring, and measurement frameworks for data risk and compliance
• .Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across business and technical teams
• .Familiarity with cloud-based data ecosystems, data warehouses, and modern data management architectures
• .Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks and product-focused operating models
