Clinical Hospital Pharmacist: Med Therapy & Rounds

ChristianaCare seeks a Clinical Staff Pharmacist to provide safe, evidence-based medication therapy across our hospitals and clinics. You will review and verify medication orders, perform clinical pharmacokinetic dosing, participate in patient care rounds, counsel patients and families, and collaborate with physicians and nurses to optimize outcomes.
