Contract Manager- Full Time- 1st Shift

$250.00 Signing Bonus!

Pay: $23.00

Schedule: Monday-Friday (Some weekend hours are required for special events)

Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm

Experience Required:

Supervisor experience required
Manage 6-8 employees
Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Good organizational skills and time management
Schedule, coordinate, and manage production and quality control to meet contract requirements
Monitor and approve electronic timesheets for bi-weekly pay
Maintain accurate records, prepare reports as required
Experienced in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ensure timely ordering of janitorial supplies without disrupting contract services
Perform janitorial duties including, mopping, sweeping, trash removal, restroom cleaning
Operate heavy floor cleaning equipment
All other duties as assigned

Basic Requirements:

Experience in industry setting, with production, scheduling, customer service and quality control
Have a valid Ohio driver's license and current car insurance
Pass motor vehicle background check
Pass background check and drug screening
Flexible schedule to meet business needs
Bending, walk long distances, squatting, stooping, lift up to 25 pounds, climb stairs
Stand for 2 hours with break
