Senior Commercial Banking Service Banker

We are seeking a Senior Commercial Banking Service Banker who will serve as a subject matter expert and informal team leader within the Commercial Banking Services organization. This individual will help support daily workflow operations, mentor team members, and act as a key resource for complex client servicing needs.

Core Responsibilities

• Support commercial banking clients with advanced service requests and issue resolution.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on treasury management products and services.
• Assist with workflow coordination and team organization.
• Provide mentoring, coaching, and guidance to team members.
• Support onboarding and training of new employees.
• Handle escalated client situations and complex servicing issues.
• Promote operational excellence and consistency across the team.
• Partner with the Team Lead to maintain day-to-day operations.
• Act as a backup resource during Team Lead absences.
• Support continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Significant banking experience.
• Commercial banking experience.
• Knowledge of ACH, wires, Positive Pay, and treasury management services.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, or leading others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority.
• Strong problem-solving and escalation management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Team Lead, SME, trainer, or mentor experience.
• Leadership development experience.
• Treasury Management experience.
• Internal U.S. Bank experience.
• Demonstrated career progression toward leadership roles.
• Experience supporting commercial banking operations at a senior level.

Pay Range: $36.34 - 44.42
