We are seeking a licensed real estate professional to join AI and Machine Learning team in a part-time, remote capacity. This role plays a crucial part in fine-tuning and calibrating AI processes that handle verbal interactions in real estate transactions, such as conversations between home buyers and real estate agents.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in the real estate transaction process, along with strong attention to detail and natural curiosity about language subtleties. You will work directly with Operations Managers Engineers, Data Scientists, Software Developers, and Natural Language experts to ensure quality across AI-powered real estate experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

• Review and evaluate annotated data to ensure it meets quality standards and project requirements
• Provide feedback and guidance to engineers to improve accuracy of AI-generated content
• Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to optimize model performance based on annotated data
• Develop and maintain annotation guidelines and best practices for non-native English speakers
• Provide training data to engineers to establish Ground Truth data
• Provide input and examples on training content
• Identify gaps in training content and suggest improvements
• Review accuracy and humanlike traits of automated chatbot answers
• Classify elements of conversations annotated automatically
• Review search results based on understanding of complex user queries

Required qualifications and skills include:

• Minimum of 3+ years of active experience as a licensed real estate agent or broker
• Deep understanding of the real estate transaction process
• Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, or a related field
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to define clear guidelines
• Natural curiosity for language subtleties

Preferred qualifications include:

• Demonstrated deep interest and curiosity in Artificial Intelligence (including experience reviewing or evaluating AI-generated content)
• Experience working on Natural Language Processing (NLP) projects with a focus on transcriptions, localization, translation
• Experience with tools and software used for Natural Language Processing annotation
• Experience with copywriting, User Experience authoring, or content development around voice and brand guidelines
• Experience with Machine-generated Speech evaluation, Search Results Evaluation, or Search Query Categorization
• Experience following or managing complex processes, and working both independently and with a team to achieve a goal

Salary range: The salary for this position is between $75K-$85K annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
