Appointment Setter (High-Performance Role) — Workout AnytimeAre you tired of pulling more weight than your peers and not being compensated for it?Good. This position is for top performers who believe in themselves and want to get paid on their abilities, not the status quo.The role:Your job is simple: Turn leads into booked appointments. Turn booked appointments into people who show up. Turn show-ups into revenue. You will be responsible for:Making 100–150+ outbound calls per shiftFollowing up with leads who didn't respondRebooking missed appointments (no-call/no-shows = opportunity)Setting qualified appointments for our coaching teamDriving show rate and ultimately closing revenueThis is a production-based role. You are measured by output, not effort. You will receive sales and fitness training to ensure the knowledge to succeed.Compensation:Base hourly pay10–20% commission on sales generated from your appointmentsPaid per appointment that showsBonus tiers for hitting booking and revenue targetsYou might be a fit if:You are energetic, outgoing, and confident on the phoneYou have 1+ years of sales experience (fitness, retail, automotive, or similar)You have a base understanding of fitnessYou know how to build trust and guide conversationsYou are competitive and don't like losingYou can handle rejection without slowing downYou show up on time and take ownership of your resultsBonus points if you have experience in:Supplement salesGym membership salesPersonal training or fitness environmentsWhat winning looks like:100–150+ calls per shift10+ appointments set per shiftStrong show rateConsistent revenue generated from your pipelineWhy this role matters:Most gyms sell access.
