Urgent Care Physician

Accelerated Urgent Care seeks a Physician to provide 100% telemedicine care to patients across California’s Central Valley. In this fast-paced, patient-focused role, you will assess symptoms, diagnose and treat non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries, prescribe appropriate medications, and guide patients on follow‑up care. You will use sound clinical judgment to identify cases requiring in-person evaluation or emergency services and maintain accurate, timely records. An active California medical license and relevant physician credentials are required; urgent care, emergency medicine, or telemedicine experience is preferred. Conduct virtual consultations and assess patient symptoms and medical history. Diagnose and treat non-life-threatening acute illnesses and injuries within scope of practice. Develop treatment plans, prescribe medications when appropriate, and provide follow‑up guidance. Identify patients requiring in-person evaluation or emergency care and arrange appropriate escalation. Maintain accurate, timely medical records and documentation. Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients through telemedicine platforms.
