• Support live M&A, capital markets, and restructuring engagements

• Prepare pitch books, investment memoranda, and investor reporting materials

• Assist with due diligence, data room organization, and portfolio/fund monitoring tasks

• Collaborate with senior bankers and fund managers across client strategy, deal workflows, and portfolio management initiatives

• Support internal and client-facing reporting on fund strategy, capital allocation, and investment performance

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related discipline

• Strong skills in financial modeling, valuation, and fund/portfolio analytics

• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication abilities
