Position Details Location: Allendale Full-Time: 1st & 2nd Shift Part-Time: 1st & 2nd Shift Every Other Weekend: 1st Shift Shifts: 8 hour shifts Compensation RN Compensation $39.40 – $46.40/hour based on experience + MI direct care incentive + 2nd shift differential LPN Compensation $33.40 – $38.40/hour based on experience + MI direct care incentive + 2nd shift differential Sign-On Bonus Details RN: $5,000 (Full-Time), $2,500 (Part-Time) LPN: $4,000 (Full-Time), $2,000 (Part-Time) (paid in installments) What You’ll Do Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans Administer medications and perform treatments Collaborate with CNAs and interdisciplinary care team Monitor and respond to changes in resident condition Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance What You Bring Active RN or LPN license (Michigan) Long-term care experience preferred (not required) Team-oriented mindset with a passion for resident carePositive, dependable, and reliable attendance Benefits 100% Employee‑Owned (ESOP) + 401(k) matching Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Paid Time Off & Holiday Pay Tuition Reimbursement to support career growth Atrium Centers Discount Program (travel, electronics, wellness, automotive & more) #J-18808-Ljbffr
