Manage Daily Operations Oversee scheduling, staffing, technology, and center operations Monitor performance metrics and help the center achieve its goals We're Looking For Someone Who Is... Positive, energetic, and encouraging A strong leader who enjoys coaching others Comfortable talking with families and leading enrollment conversations Goal-oriented and motivated by helping the center grow Organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities Comfortable with math through Algebra IITech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred Leadership or management experience preferred Customer service and sales experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Background check and math assessment required Why Mathnasium?
