Express Lube Technician

SUMMARY Subaru of Wichita is looking for motivated Express Technicians. Competitive pay with a very aggressive performance bonus structure to complement your pay plan. We work on over 1500 vehicles a month, and do not ever run out of work. 5-day work schedule with rotating Saturdays. If you are looking for a lot of hours and have little or no comebacks, we NEED you! RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform oil changes and lubrication services on various types of vehicles.
- Conduct tire services, including rotations and installations.
- Assist in automotive diagnostics to identify potential issues.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow in the shop.
- Keep the work area clean and organized, adhering to safety protocols.
- Other duties as assigned
- Must have a Valid Driver's License and a Clean driving record
- Must have a great attitude and be willing to constantly learn
- Previous experience in automotive repair or service is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures and automotive diagnostics is a plus.
- Must be customer-focused and constantly provide a high level of service
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques in vehicle maintenance and repair.
