What You'll Do

As a Production Operator in Aseptic Beverage Manufacturing, you'll join a fast-paced, high-tech production team where safety, quality, and teamwork matter. As a Production Operator, you'll run and monitor packaging and production equipment in a modern aseptic beverage facility—keeping lines moving efficiently while meeting Kerry's high standards. You'll set up equipment, monitor quality, troubleshoot minor issues, support changeovers, and keep your work area clean and organized. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes working with machines, solving problems, and being part of a team that produces high-quality products every day.

What You'll Need To Succeed

High school diploma or equivalent; must be 18+.

• Manufacturing, food production, sanitation, or related experience preferred.
• Chemical handling experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Basic math and problem-solving skills.
• Mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Pallet jack or forklift experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office and SAP experience preferred.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

What We Offer

The pay rate for this position is $19.34 per hour. Kerry offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, Employee Share Plan, Life, disability, and accident insurance. Shift hours are 11:30 PM-11:00 PM, Monday-Friday with overtime available. We may use artificial intelligence tools to support the review and assessment of applications and assist with scheduling interviews. We do not use AI to make decisions during the interview process.
