Housing Access Navigator for Independent Living
Vinfen
Vinfen is seeking an ACCS Housing Coordinator to promote community integration by helping adults with psychiatric conditions identify, access, and maintain housing. You will build relationships with landlords, housing authorities, and property managers while using Housing First principles to secure affordable housing resources. You will provide outreach services to persons served in shelters, on the street, or in temporary housing to assess needs, complete housing profiles, and support tenancy #J-18808-Ljbffr Vinfen
