We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations for a high-volume Quick-Service Restaurant (QSR) in Hagerstown, MD.

This is a 24-hour operation located within a busy travel center environment, making it an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who can manage a fast-paced restaurant, develop a strong team, drive sales, and maintain consistent operational standards.

The location has recently achieved 12% growth in both sales and customer count , creating an exciting opportunity for a results-driven General Manager to continue that momentum.

What You’ll Do

• Lead all aspects of daily operations for a 24-hour QSR
• Drive sales, customer count, profitability, and overall restaurant performance
• Recruit, train, coach, schedule, and develop a high-performing team
• Manage labor, food costs, inventory, ordering, waste, and other controllable expenses
• Monitor and manage restaurant P&L performance
• Maintain high standards for food quality, service speed, accuracy, cleanliness, and hospitality
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company operating standards
• Lead opening, closing, and shift operations across a 24-hour schedule
• Analyze key performance metrics and implement action plans for improvement
• Build customer relationships and ensure a positive guest experience
• Develop future leaders and create a strong, accountable team culture
• Lead by example in a demanding, high-volume travel-center environment

What We’re Looking For

• Proven General Manager experience in a QSR or high-volume restaurant
• Strong background managing 24-hour or extended-hour operations preferred
• Experience with P&L management, labor and food cost control, inventory, and ordering
• Demonstrated success driving sales, customer count, and restaurant profitability
• Strong team-building, coaching, hiring, and employee-development skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on leadership style with a strong focus on accountability
• Ability to maintain operational excellence during peak business periods
