Oncology Global Medical Safety Intern

Johnson & Johnson seeks a full-time oncology intern for a 12-week summer program (May-August 2027) in medical safety. The role involves supporting clinical trial safety surveillance, data review, regulatory submissions, and cross-functional oncology research projects at the Horsham or Spring House, Pennsylvania locations.
Responsibilities
- Participate in safety surveillance activities for clinical trials and post-market data monitoring
- Assist with data review and preparation for Periodic Safety Reviews and Signal Management Team meetings
- Support global regulatory submissions and cross-functional trial team initiatives
- Attend lectures and training on drug development, GCP, ICH guidelines, and company SOPs
- Prepare and present research project as poster or abstract at annual intern symposium
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in accredited university or college program; cannot graduate before, during, or after internship
- Legal authorization to work in US; no sponsorship required
- Graduate student pursuing master's in clinical sciences, clinical research, nursing, or PhD; or undergraduate student in relevant field
- Understanding of clinical research concepts, GCP guidelines, and drug development processes
- Ability to work hybrid schedule: three days on-site, two days remote
