Social Media Manager

Need Pastel is a culture and creative agency based in DTLA. We work at the intersection of campaigns, experiential activations, content production, and brand partnerships. We're looking for a Social Content Manager who can both create great social-first content and help manage the brand channels it lives on. This is a creator-forward role. You should be highly skilled at concepting, shooting, and editing short-form content and UGC-style creative — while also understanding content calendars, publishing, brand voice, community, and the day-to-day responsibilities of managing social accounts. This is for you if you're: A strong content creator with real, verifiable work (we'll ask for your best-performing piece) Seriously organized. You have a system, not just good intentions Someone with genuine common sense and sound judgment, not someone who needs everything spelled out A self-starter with real drive.
