Qualifications & Experience

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of recent CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certification
• Strong knowledge of cardiovascular surgical procedures, instrumentation, and sterile technique
• Excellent critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills

Primary Responsibilities

• Circulate and/or scrub in cardiovascular OR cases, supporting surgeons and maintaining optimal patient safety
• Monitor patient status and vital signs throughout procedures, ensuring immediate response to changes
• Prepare and maintain the operating room’s sterile environment and required surgical instruments
• Document procedures and patient information accurately
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver superior perioperative care
