We are seeking an attorney who can provide quality legal services to our large, diverse client base. Our ideal candidate will work passionately and effectively alongside our senior partners and staff to ensure a successful outcome for clients. $100,000 - $140,000 yearly

• Advise clients by weighing available options toward a successful outcome and plan a course of action
• Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies
• Take responsibility for administrative staff relating to client invoicing/billing records, setting up meetings with clients and completing tasks
• Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions
• Draft correspondence, legal pleadings, motions, and briefs

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience working in a law firm environment
• Required Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school; representation of clients for at least 2 years a plus
• Well-versed in legal research software (Westlaw/Lexis)
• Public speaking, decision-making, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are necessary for this role
• Must be able to handle heavy caseload with little supervision

• Graduation from law school with Juris Doctorate (JD) and experience in representing clients for at least 5 years preferred. Will consider less experience, salary to be adjusted per experience.
• Part-time will be considered as an option for the right candidate.
