Litigation Attorney

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law and litigation, with a proven track record of success in handling complex real estate disputes. Responsibilities Represent clients in all stages of real estate litigation, including negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and trial Conduct legal research and analysis to identify legal issues and develop strategies for clients Draft and file legal pleadings, motions, and other documents in state and federal courts Attend court hearings and oral arguments, and participate in settlement conferences and negotiations Manage and prioritize a high volume of cases and ensure that all deadlines and client needs are met Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to provide the highest level of client service and achieve successful outcomes Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, and provide regular updates on case status and developments Stay current on changes in real estate law, regulations, and industry trends, and integrate this knowledge into client representation and business development efforts Qualifications Requirements: Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in the state of Michigan Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing real estate law and litigation Strong knowledge of real estate law, including property ownership, land use, contracts, and zoning Demonstrated success in handling real estate litigation matters, including trials and appeals Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines Client-focused mindset with a commitment to providing the highest level of service and representation Compensation $95,000 - $125,000 About Soble PLC Our Reputation for Expertise: For nearly 4 decades, David Soble leads a legal team of real estate and probate experts that have made us "go-to" attorneys in the real estate and financial – legal arena throughout Michigan and Ohio.
