Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced Associate Attorney for a hybrid position based in Southfield, Michigan. Duties Handle files during the pre-litigation and investigation phases, coordinating with forensic experts. Manage litigation matters from discovery to trial. Conduct and defend depositions. Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and hearings. Assist with trial strategy, preparation, and execution. Handle cases in other states through pro hac vice admission. Interact with clients and attend marketing functions. Requirements Licensed and in good standing with the Michigan state bar. Minimum of two years of litigation experience. Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively. Capable of working independently and collaboratively. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and professional. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Admission to the Michigan state bar. Skills Strong legal writing and research abilities.
